Catering Menu

The goal of the Higher Education and Conference Center is to provide excellent food and customer service. From an informal coffee or meeting break to a multi-course dinner, all requests for catering are met with the commitment to do our best in providing excellent service.

  • Beverages and dessert are included in the price with each catering package.
  • Prices are per person for your event and subject to change.
  • In order to plan properly and give you the best possible service, we ask that you provide your complete menu selection a minimum of fifteen days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to your event.
  • A guaranteed number of guests is required three working days before the event.

Please review the following menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception. Dining Services also provides picnic and bagged lunch service. Receptions

Menu I:  $10.95 per person

Breakfast
All breakfast selections are served with freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and an assortment of gourmet and regular teas. In addition, all breakfast selections have the option of two of the following juices:  Orange, cranberry, pineapple, tomato or grapefruit.


Thomas Run Express: $5.95
Choose three:  Blueberry muffins, apple cinnamon muffins, fruit danish, walnut sticky buns, variety of bagels, cinnamon coffee cake, variety of donuts, apple turnovers, variety of low fat yogurt breads, croissants filled with raspberry or cheese.


 

Healthy Choice: $5.75
Fresh fruit plate (Seasonal fruit served with cottage cheese or yogurt), bran muffin.

Lumber Jacques Stack: $8.95
French toast with maple syrup, crisp bacon or sausage links, seasonal fresh fruit.
 

 

Vegetable Egg Casserole: $8.95
Crisp bacon, ham or sausage, fruit salad, croissant.

Country Fixin's: $8.95
Cheese omelette, seasoned home fries, crisp bacon or sausage links, homemade biscuits.
 

 

Fruity Roll-Up: $6.95
Fruit filled pancake roll-up served with raspberry and blueberry syrup, crisp bacon or sausage patties.

Lunch
Includes choice of dessert and beverage.
 

Salad Buffet: $10.95
Chicken salad, tuna salad, pasta salad, egg salad, garden salad, seasonal fresh fruit, assortment of rolls and crackers.

 

Pear, Raspberry Chicken Salad: $9.95
Strips of breast of chicken, cheese tortellini, pear slices and raspberries served with raspberry walnut vinaigrette, seasonal fresh fruit, french bread.


Vegetarian Special: $8.75
Powerhouse sandwich served on grain bread, sunshine citrus salad.

 

Grilled Chicken and Blue Cheese Tortellini Salad:  $9.95
Strips of breast of chicken, blue cheese and tortellini served with a sun-dried tomato and basil vinaigrette, seasonal fresh fruit, french bread.


Cold Deli Buffet: $10.25 per person
Turkey, roast beef, baked ham, american and swiss cheese, potato salad and coleslaw, tomato and lettuce, condiments, assortment of breads and rolls.


 

Bread Bowl/Soup: $8.95
Cream of broccoli, french onion, cream of potato, cream of asparagus or chili, tossed salad.


Turkey Club Buffet (service under 25): $9.50
Turkey club sandwich, pasta salad or coleslaw, potato chips


 

The Biggie (serves 25 - 30): $9.95
Five Foot sub (cold or vegetarian), pasta salad, potato chips.


Sandwich Wraps: $10.25

Chicken Caesar Salad: $9.95

Dinner
All dinners are served with choice of salad, entree, accompaniment, vegetable, dessert and beverage. Service is provided buffet style; however, the option of a served meal is available.
