Catering Menu
The goal of the Higher Education and Conference Center is to provide excellent food and customer service. From an informal coffee or meeting break to a multi-course dinner, all requests for catering are met with the commitment to do our best in providing excellent service.
- Prices are per person for your event and subject to change.
- In order to plan properly and give you the best possible service, we ask that you provide your complete menu selection a minimum of fifteen days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to your event.
- A guaranteed number of guests is required three working days before the event.
Please review the palate-pleasing menus for breakfast, lunch
and dinner. Dining Services also provides picnic and bagged lunch and

All breakfast selections are served with freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and an assortment of gourmet and regular teas. In addition, all breakfast selections have the option of two of the following juices: Orange, cranberry, pineapple,
tomato or grapefruit.
