Since 1995, the Higher Education & Conference Center @ HEAT has been the “facility of choice” for government agencies on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County Government and Maryland State Government.  We’re located in Aberdeen, MD, just off of I-95 at exit 85, and convenient for those driving from Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC.
