Information for Incubators

Conveniently located between Philadelphia and Baltimore/Washington DC just off I-95, exit 85 in Aberdeen, MD, the Higher Education & Conference Center @ HEAT is part of a 152-acre technology business park that is home to Battelle’s Eastern Science and Technology (BEST) Center & five miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The Center is in close proximity to the scientists, engineers and programs located on Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Several office and laboratory spaces are designated for lease to technology start-up companies and a host of services and referral options are provided as assistance. To date, ten companies have grown and graduated from the incubator program and have moved on to permanent business spaces.
