Conveniently located between Philadelphia and Baltimore/Washington D.C. just off I-95, exit 85 in Aberdeen, MD, the Higher Education and Conference Center at HEAT is part of a 152-acre technology business park that is home to Battelle's Eastern Science and Technology (BEST) Center & five miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The Center is in close proximity to the scientists, engineers and programs located on Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Leased incubator space is offered at the Higher Education and Conference Center for technology based start-up organizations.
The HEAT Center is a member of the Maryland Business Incubator Association.

• 2 standard rooms: 800 sq. ft. and 900 sq. ft. ($13.50/sq. ft.)
• Chemistry wet lab: 1,400 sq feet with fume hoods, water, sinks, air and gas jets and work benches.
• Each area is furnished with desks, chairs, filing cabinets
  and clocks.
