Inclement Weather Policy

If the HEAT Center announces it is CLOSING because of inclement weather or other emergencies, all classes and events for all participating colleges, universities, and organizations will be cancelled.

If a participating organization closes, then the classes for that organization are cancelled.

Please listen to local radio announcements for HEAT Center closings.

When in doubt regarding closings, please call the main number to the HEAT Center, 443-360-9200, to receive an updated recording regarding classes. If this recording does not specifically say that the HEAT Center is closed, then it is open for business as usual.
